1.  Collecting Empty Toner Cartridges

Empty toner cartridges are collected and shipped by pallets to the collection department of our remanufacturing facilty.

2.  Cartridge Inspection

All inbound units are inspected and designated for remanufacturing or grinding.

3.  Cartridge Disassembled

End-of-life units are disassembled.

4.  Cartridge Sorted

Components (plastic, blades, gears and PC drums) are sorted for recycling.

5.  Grinding

Cartridge plastic is inducted into the grinder to produce plastic regrind.

6.  Plastic Ready for Reuse

Plastic regrind is reused in various injection molding processes.

7.  New Product Development

New product is created utlizing post-consumer waste which completes the process.
