MetroConnect, LLC ,  is a provider of  business telephone systems and services headquartered in Clearwater, FL.   The company, MetroConnect was launched in April 2015 to deliver custom hosted VoIP Telephone Systems to Tampa Bay Area businesses, keeping your service local.   As a corporation we might be young in existence but has years of experience guiding it, in fact 20+ years of Business IT Services and 14 years of VoIP Phone System.

Each one of our phone systems is custom designed to fit your business’ telecommunications requirements.  We learn about your company’s call flow, the existing features you need, and make suggestions on equipment and new technology that will enhance your telephone experience while cutting costs. With our custom system it allows our technicians to tweak your system to fit all your needs.

MetroConnect’s customers recently experienced firsthand our systems flexibility,  it’s portability.  During the Covid-19 quarantine,  our customers were able to easily setup their employees’ telecommunication needs for remote work. Our technical support team were able to make a few adjustments to make  sure everyone’s phones were running securely.  You wouldn’t have known that some companies were conducting business from over 30 different locations.

We have received calls from companies that are already on a VoIP phone system but are not getting the support or service they were hoping to experience.  We have been able to move their existing phones over to our system and have to introduced them to our monthly Hosted Phone Service in addition to giving them the support they need.
