What Machines Do We Work On

Our repair service technicians work on most brands: Hewlett Packard, Brother, Canon, Konica Minolta, Kyocera-Mita, Samsung, Lexmark and Xerox.

Hourly Service Calls

The approach most of our customers take, is the hourly service rate. Our rate is $100.00 per hour plus parts. When you have a jam or a service error code just call our office with the manufacture’s name, model number of your machine and the Error Code or description of the problem you are having.  We will send our technician out to examine, repair and do a light cleaning of your machine.  If any parts need to be replaced, we would quote you a price before installation.  Sometime it is necessary to order replacement parts from the machine’s manufacturer. We will quote you a price for the part and only charge labor by the 1/2 hour increments for returning to install the new part.  We also provide routine maintenance service to replace feeder rollers, fuser and maintenance kits for laser printers, multifunction machines, fax machines and copiers.

Maintenance Agreements Contracts

Maintenance Agreement Contracts are available for most multifunction machines and copiers purchased though Malvern Group Cartridge Services.  Malvern Group Cartridge Services is an authorized Kyocera Reseller for  Kyocera’s line of multifunction (printers, scanner, fax, copier) machines.  You can learn more about our Kyocera Multifunction machines by clicking on our Print/Scan/Copy/Fax link under Office Equipment.  We can provide an annual or thirty-six month coverage contract.  This would include set-up, toner cartridges, drum units, maintenance kits and other maintenance needed to keep your machine at it’s optimal level.
