Return Product Policy
Malvern Group Cartridge Services must preauthorize all return product. For return procedures and a return authorization number, please contact Malvern’s Customer Service at 727-446-1469 / 800-537-7342 or e-mail us . Please note that:
- Malvern will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.
- Brand name merchandise may be returned up to 30 days-25% restocking fee.
- Compatible and remanufactured merchandise may be returned up to 90 days.
- Merchandise which has been used, written on, marked, relabeled, not in original unmarked packaging will not be accepted.
- Only a company check will be issued for a refund.
Defective Product Policy
Every remanufactured and compatible product we sell comes with a 1 year warranty on toner/90 day warranty on inkjet’s. All OEM’s come with manufacture warranty of 30 days. A sample of the problem must be provided to help our technicians determine the problem. Most of our remanufactured toner cartridges have a white bar code label. We will need the three digit Warranty Code number for return.
If you should have a problem, please call Malvern at 727-446-1469 / 800-537-7342 and/or e-mail us for assistance in obtaining a “RMA” number and return instructions.
At the time you request an RMA#, you will be asked which of two options you would prefer:
- Replacement cartridge or
- Full refund-by company check
