Product Warranty

All compatible & remanufactured toner based cartridges offered by Malvern Group Cartridge Services and Tampabaytoner.com come with a one year warranty to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Compatible and remanufactured inkjet carry a 90 day warranty. The toner cartridges we offer have been rebuilt or remanufactured under stringent quality control standards, assuring performance that equals or exceeds that of the OEM (original equipment manufacturer). Malvern Group Cartridge Services will replace any of their defective cartridges or refund the full purchase price of any of our cartridges found to be defective. Malvern Group Cartridge Services also warrants that subject to conditions stated below and under normal use our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration of any compatible machine. If a defect in a cartridge causes a machine to fail, Malvern Group Cartridge Services will reimburse our customers for the full amount of all service and repair of the machine. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing us satisfactory evidence that the machine failure was due to a defect in cartridge. Malvern Group Cartridge Services must be contracted prior to any repair work being performed or this warranty will be null and void. Liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
